①Re-sticking wall use board materials

 

 

 

 

 

Same as re-sticking ceiling board materials, we often have chances of contracting for re-sticking wall use board materials too.

The reasons can be raised as follows and others:

1.As the property renter left, repair and improvement work or mending work is supposed to be done.

2.As old and deterioration occurred in appearance, we want the board to be re-sticked.

3.Irrelevant to the past timing, for regular maintenance of the building, the board materials are supposed to be removed.

4.Because of external factors such as water leak and so on, hurting occurred on the board materials.

 

On above 1., almost all are because of so-called returning to the original state and restoration work. However, after leaving the property, the situation requested by the owner(or managing company) can be also considered.

Gypsum boards which were sticked on by GL construction method are also re-sticked for various reasons, such as mending・repair and improvement・maintenance and so on.

 

On above 2 and 4, different from the timing of leaving the property which is mandatorily done, it is a case to be done, as the problem occurring for old, deteriorated, and so on reasons in appearance.

On this, if the situation is very bad, the owner (or managing company) side shares the cost, and by temporarily leaving the property, then chances are, to support up to mending and so on.

On above 3., of course including changing board materials, as the result of maintenance, if deterioration of heat insulating materials can be seen in light gauge steel foundation, glass wool or others, there is a possibility of newly reconstructing, or we may do repair and improvement work just as it is too.

 

 

②Newly installing・removing partition wall

 

 

 

 

 

As a special wall work, not in the ceiling, there is new establishment of partition wall・removal.

 

There are various reasons in need of partition wall newly establishment・removal too, mainly as the following reasons:

 

1. As the property with existing usable interior decorative furnished situation, for making it better usability, we want to newly establish or remove partition wall.
2. In an individual home, because of child growing up or other reasons, we want to change partition.
3. We newly need a meeting room.

 

On above 1., after moving in a property with existing usable interior decorative furnished situation, if a wall is newly established, before leaving the property, the wall should be removed in almost all the case.

(On the contrary, if you removed the wall after moving in, you should restore it before leaving the property.)

On above 2., it seems that almost all the cases may be own house, or bought property.

Anyway, we sometimes receive requests because of increasing and decreasing of persons such as children growing-up, moving, and others, a new room becomes necessary, or a n existing room should be decommissioned and so on.

 

On above 3., there are a lot of work requests resulted from environmental change of office, and change of duties in the company, such as tele-work and so due to recent epidemic virus. Because of this, work request of newly establishing a meeting room with highly sound insulating property and so on sometimes comes.

 

There are several ways to construct partition with highly sound insulating property. It can be said that it is effective firstly to cover partition from the floor to ceiling, then to assemble and mount light gauge steel(not simple partition), then to fill up the material of highly sound absorbing property such as glass wool, then to execute construction.

As the balance with its design too, it seems that we should consider these before newly establishing a wall.
