・Removing operation work of interior materials(interior demolition)
From here, we finally go on demolishing interior decoration.
Depending on its construction work scope and procedure too, we go on demolishing in the order of ceiling, wall, and floor.

If relative industrial waste cannot be fully disposed at intermediate treatment facility, it shall be sent to final disposing place. So, manifesto from intermediate treatment facility contractor to final disposal contractor shall be issued separately too.
The property renter side does not necessarily have to grasp all of these. However, if waste treatment contractor happens to be dishonest(≒demolition contractor is dishonest), the chances of being lawfully punished will be high too, as construction work requester(=renter side) who pretends not to know request construction work on purpose.
You should watch out and be cautious to work contractor who will not hand a copy of manifesto to you.
If possible, it may be advisable if you obtain a copy and check the possible contractor too.
However, in the case of a construction work construction work contractor itself disposes final waste, or has facility to be able to store waste, manifest is going to be unnecessary.
It is relieving to be able to grasp to that extent when you actually request construction work.

As a caution again, in order to diminish possible trouble and unnecessary cost・time spending too, considering above situation so far,
we recommend you to have enough meeting with property lender in advance.
