waste can be broadly sorted respectively as 「burnable」,「non-burnable」and「recyclable」.

On sorting waste at construction work site

In the first place, as for waste・・・disposal goods can be broadly sorted to two kinds in Japan.

・Industrial waste

・General waste

「Industrial waste」

「General waste」

We do not touch it in detail this time here, however, to put it simply, it can be pointed「disposal waste besides industrial waste」.

As was arisen above example,「pet bottle waste after drinking」or the like is going to meet general disposal waste.

 

Then, what kinds are there 「industrial waste」arising from interior decorative finishing demolition？

 

Main kinds of industrial waste on interior decorative demolition

As for interior decorative demolition, the following are the roughly sorted waste kinds.

 

1.Wood chip

2.Board dust

3.Iron scrap

4.Mixed waste

 

1. Wood chip

 

Literally, wood chip is a kind of waste arising from demolition・construction of wood material.

When demolished wood material of which partition is made up, or large scale wooden furniture or so, it is sorted as「wood chip」.

 

2.Board dust

 

Board dust is similar as above literally too, however, it is dust arisen from demolition・construction of gypsum board.

The above situation of under demolishing gypsum board. Stacking gypsum board used for ceiling・wall, then sorted and collected.

 

If the situation of gypsum board is good, it will be usually reformed, then used as gypsum board again.

It is also used for soil improving material or so, which is a kind of waste with highly reproduced property.

 

3.Iron scrap

Iron scrap often arises when demolishing LGS(=light gauge steel) regarding interior decorative construction work.

As you may imagine, its material is almost 100% recyclable, sorted and collected sufficiently.

 

4.Mixed waste

 

Mixed waste is also called「low waste」or so at construction work site.

In other words, it is pointed out as「other mixed dust which is too tiny to sort detailed」

As its sorting has not be possible, recycling is also impossible, so it often costs high for collecting it too. .

Probably, it seems that every construction work site contractor plans in advance in detail especially

when demolition and do best not to put out mixed waste, and go on sorting.

Our company is also definitely working on sorting not to put out mixed waste.

But, the more finely sorting waste, operation work efficiency will be the lower.

The balance over there may probably be considered difficult.
