The construction site which we are introducing and explaining this time is, a moving image/video production company’s office relocation construction which we received request.

Office relocation construction is not only a simple change of the place, but also a chance to be able to solve various office problems.

Worries such as「want to consider to change into an office size to match the staff coming ratio」「want to make more chances of communication among staffs」「want to do a way of working running parallel to telework」are increasing.

This time, our company took charge of light gauge steel ceiling backing・board work as above-mentioned.

Ceiling・wall’s light gauge steel backing new construction and partition wall’s light gauge steel backing new construction

The following picture is the one which we took almost just started to execute construction.

We execute construction at the ceiling・wall’s light gauge steel backing, and further go on newly constructing partition wall.

After executing light gauge steel work situation.

We go on constructing partition of office meeting room, resting room, working room, and so on respectively.

Glass wool filling work (working at the same time)

After finishing construction of the ceiling・wall light gauge steel backing, we are filling glass wool on the wall.

We adjust the place not to exist gap, and fully stick on it.

It is the situation proceeding construction of light gage steel backing to the edge of wall, and filling heat insulating material.

The wooden board place is where to put monitor and so on.

After completing up to filling heat insulating material, we go on sticking on board material at each place of the ceiling・wall.

We executed construction of opening hole at the opened place.

At the ceiling here, we stick on backing with gypsum board, and install frame at the opening place, then fix what is molded by Solatone with metal tool, and fill it in the frame.

The above picture is the situation of sticking gypsum board rather proceeded. It can be noticed that the single room part is to be bare. We have not yet installed fixture such as door and so on. We execute corner at the edge of wall.

We directly stick on Solatone on the ceiling.

It is the ceiling after construction.

We neatly worked the joint to the invisible state.

After this, we finish up installing inspection hole and doing other board work at each part, and pass the site to the following contractor, so our construction work is completed.
