What is skeleton construction work? Explaining why it is necessary to do this work

■What is skeleton construction work?

(It is called, skeleton situation returning.)

By getting rid of everything, next renter will be able to design and put together from zero. So,

it is possible to renew from the former existing image of shop or store, for a new business.

As for additional reference, the opposite situation is called 「furnished property」.

It is leaving out situation remaining everything furnished and household goods used by former renter.
