It is continuing rather hot days these days, isn’t it?

 

On Friday last week, because of influence of the earthquake, some train lines stopped temporarily or so,

I personally could only go to the office in the afternoon.

There were so many people in the morning time at the station. queuing in very long line for the train.

We think that many people might have to wait for hours finally to get on the train.

Just wondering uneasily, did the trains already resume operation on earth? When can I get on the train? And getting nervous….

As I was waiting like this, it was quite tiring.

 

On that awful day, there came an unexpecting happy surprise!!!

There are souvenirs for staff members from the managing director of our company returning from his business trip.

They are matsutake mushrooms and chestnuts of autumn king seasonal tastes～.

I was just happily surprised at the souvenir items(Smiling!)

 

We shared them among the staff members, and took them home.

 

As I was not aware how to cook and eat them precisely at all because of my innocence myself,

I immediately checked suitable advanced treatment and recipe by website.

As the result of wondering how to cook for a long time, as for matsutake mushrooms,

I finally simply broiled and cooked with steamed rice.

They smelled really nice, and I ate them deliciously.

While, as for chestnuts, I made 「boiled chestnuts」 as it seems that they could be cooked most easily.

(I boiled adding salt) , and salty flavor enhanced chestnut taste and its sweetness, and I ate them deliciously too.

 

I am grateful for autumn blessing tastes and also grateful for our managing director well considering staff members, am I?

Talking about the managing director of our company, I have heard that during busy business trip schedule,

he sometimes got up early and climbed mountains too.

I considered again that how to manage to spend time is really up to own self and we can do almost anything as we like, and enjoy ourselves.
