The other day, we held a lively get-together women lunch party meeting within company in【Hotel Metropolitan at Ikebukuro】.

Today, we think that we are introducing its details.

 

Soon entering inside, we went up to the second floor on an escalator.

Then, we came to the venue this time, Chinese restaurant, Keirin.

 

 

Arriving and entering the restaurant, we are escorted to the seat and now we are seated.

 

As I have not been to this kind of expensive restaurant for a long time, we steeled against the place(smile).

 

Following are the menus of lunch course today:

・Four kinds of appetizer assortment

・Milk stir fried prawn and corn grain

・Stir fried domestic beef and balsam pear with garlic and hot pepper sauce

・Two kinds of steamed dim sum

・Steamed white fish and vermicelli putting Chinese soy sauce

・Fried rice or fried noodles

・Today’s dessert

 

 

Golden kei oolong tea

Tea served was so-called golden kei, popular oolong tea in China.

Its taste feature was like osmanthus fragrans strong scent with subtle sweetness.

Four kinds of appetizer assortment

Inner: Colin Key pumpkin pickles Right: boiled Canton grain shellfish

Left: shrimp with aurora sauce Front: Keirin style roasted pork

 

As I do not usually eat all of these four kinds of appetizer, I enjoyed eating them with fresh taste.

Particularly, I ate Colin Key pumpkin pickles for the first time.

It had subtle sweetness and mild nice taste.

 

 

Milk stir fried prawn and corn grain

 

This dish was creamy like corn soup, and was very tasty, so I ate it up in no time.

The prawn was chewy, and soon after putting it into my mouth, it was soft and melted.

Thanks for the subtle sweetness of corn and common bean, the taste was further vivid, so it was tasty.

For me who love eating prawn very much, it was very tasty so that I could eat it unlimitedly.

 

 

Stir fried domestic beef and balsam pear with garlic hot pepper sauce

The taste of this dish had clashing effect of garlic hot pepper sauce, with which dish I wanted to eat rice unconsciously.

As balsam pear’s nice taste came out well, it drew good taste of whole dish.

 

 

Two kinds of steamed dim sum

Left: thin egg omelette covered shao-mai, Right: shrimp shao-mai

 

Shai-mai here was very hot and softy with full of minced marine fish and shrimp inside.

Especially, shrimp shao-mai was very chewy and tasty.

 

 

Steamed white fish and vermicelli with Chinese soy sauce

A kind of catfish called pangasius which is not very familiar name in Japan was used as the material, whose taste texture was soft without bad odor particularly well matching seasoned vermicelli.

 

 

Fried rice or fried noodles

This time, asked to choose fried noodles or fried rice, I definitely select fried rice.

The rice was not sticky at all. It was rather fully flavored, and it was very tasty so that I could eat it more and more.

As flavored vegetable pickles were also prepared, they were a rather excellent supporter to be saved.

I usually do not fond of eating Chinese style almond jelly very much, but when it was served, I ate it this time to find out that there was not unique medicine like taste at all. It was full of milk sweetness and tasty. I just found out to know that I ate it up(smile).

Furthermore, a few kinds of fruit were on almond jelly, so it looked beautiful and happy.

 

That is all for the course menus. While resting and chatting, our relative meeting finished.

 

 

Summary

 

This time, as a form of get together with women’s meeting for expressing thankful feeling of our president, we held a lunch meeting.

We all could spend enjoyable time by merrily chatting, while eating lunch.

There are co-workers with whom I usually seldom get together and also meet for the first time, so I am very thankful to our president for giving us this chance to have lunch together.

As these dishes were full of food materials which we seldom eat, they were very tasty so I felt refreshing taste.

I would like to participate in this kind of meeting again.
